There are many. First I will advice you to check the below guide. They can give you list of some good Smartphones in the market. For your question if we take only Samsung then the best one according to me is Galaxy S Duo and Galaxy Chat. Galaxy S Duo has a performance issue. It cannot give you good gaming output while Galaxy Chat is best for web surfing and chatting. There are other brands also. Like Lenovo IdeaPhone S720, Micromax Canvas, LG Optimus L5 II, LAVA Iris 501, etc.

normally i dont play games on mobile phones.. m not fond of it...basically i need it for camera purpose & for net surfing...... so now tell me if s duo is suitable for this purpose or not..........

and what about its battery backup.....bcoz as it have tft display, i was to confirm abt its battery response...........

Well, the best camera phones out there in the market comes from Nokia Windows Phone but in the range of Rs. 30k-40k only. I guess within the 10k range you will get a good camera phone of 8 megapixel with Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2 only. Other Samsung or Nokia phone that we compare in this budget range are offering only 5 megapixel camera.

Compared to Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2, Galaxy S Duos, in my personal opinion is not better. You get a better camera resolution from Canvas 2 and it also comes with bigger screen and is slim in design.
