How to block adult sites on android tablet like Galaxy Tab 2

Like on web browser we have some options through which we can block adult content, in the same way is there any way through which we can block adjust site on android also. I am trying to find some good apps for the same. But not able to locate anything. I need a good app through which I can block all adult site through keywords and ip if possible. Because only by url is not going to help much.

I also think Parental Control is the only thing through which you can filter the device content. And it works on everything. Some parental control also works well in the apps which are inside it.
