Installing Apps on SD Card in Windows Phone 8

As many of you would be aware that most of the Lumia phones have very less built-in storage memory like Lumia 520, 620, etc However they support external SD Card, we cannot use them for installing apps and games. Even i am having one of these phones. As my title says, i'm having problem installing huge games on my phone. It says insufficient memory although there is still over 13GB space left in my SD Card, but phone memory show up as full. So i wanted to know how do we move already installed apps in SD Card? Or how can we install new apps directly in SD Card? Is there any app which can do this?

Well installing apps in SD Card was available in earlier Nokia phones which were running on Symbian, and now it is also available on Android phones. But unfortunately there is no way you can install the Apps in SD Card in Windows Phone 8 smartphones. Or atleast not available as of now. May be they can make this feature available later. So, you will have to install apps in the phone memory itself if you are having Windows Phones.
