Lumia 920 Exchange Account Error 86000c4c

Hey friends, i have a very short question. Hope you guys can provide me a working solution for this. I bought a Lumia 920 two days ago, configured all settings including my email accounts. Everything is working good but there is a problem with one of my exchange email account. When i try to sync the same, it ends up with an error code as mentioned in the title (86000c4c). I deleted an re-added the account but yet the same error code while syncing. Any help would be appreciated.

I dont know about others but in Lumia exchange server there is a limitation of number of accounts in to be added. How many devices do you already have in your exchange account? You may need to delete few of them if you have multiple devices added.

I appreciate your help friend. Seems like you are correct. There are more than 5 mobile phones showing up in the exchange account, these are the ones which i added from earlier phones. You said deleting this can fix the problem. Can you please tell me how can we fix it? Thanks again.

Those multiple devices are the cause of error you have mentioned in the subject line. You should always delete all unused phones from there to use your other active accounts. In order to delete the same, tap Options right in the exchange server and tap “All Options”. Now tap on Mobile Phones. Here delete all previous model except your current Lumia 920.

Hopefully, now on you should not get the error anymore.
