Samsung Galaxy S4 Battery Life?

As per what I have read so far, the technical details of Samsung Galaxy S4's battery is of 2600mah only, which is lower in comparison to Galaxy Note 2. So, definitely the battery life is going to be in middle of the Galaxy S3 and Note 2 devices. It would have been better if Samsung could have provided some more battery in this new phone, that shall have impressed everyone. What do you think, whether this much of battery life and so much new features, will the Galaxy S4 last longer, and if so till how much hour is the main important question. Otherwise, we will simply need to carry an extra charger all the time, like for example the Pico Portable Emergency Phone Charger.

The website GSMArena did some tests recently on the Galaxy S4's Battery. After going some test like web browsing, playing videos and phone calling, they came to some results, which was, Galaxy S4 was able to outbeat its younger brother (Galaxy S3) obviously because of having a better battery of 2600mAh, which is more than Galaxy S3 but less then the Note 2. It was also noted that since the screen size of this new mobile phone has increased a little bit, therefore it was able to output only somewhat battery. But if it had same size display then in terms of battery it could have matched the Note 2 smartphone as well.

Even I agree that Galaxy S4 has the second largest battery in any phone ever made. But the problem is that, since a 3100mah battery power was already implemented on an older device, then with the latest software features and functions, how long will the Galaxy S4 survive with only 2600mah battery. With its latest technology, it will eat up the battery very fastly.

There are many extended batteries in the market running at 3600mAh or 4000mAh that come at a very less prices as $7.29 or $12.86 respectively. For a mobile phone with thinner profile, the Galaxy S4's battery is more than sufficient as it should be. It has a sturdy battery life. And people can also conserve battery by turning off GPS, wifi, lower down screen brightness and so on.
