Sony Xperia T vibrator makes a strange noise

My Sony Xperia T vibrator is making a strange noise, there’s surely something wrong with it. I haven’t noticed this thing today, my phone vibrator is making that scratchy noise since I have bought it. My friend is having the same phone and there’s nothing wrong with his piece. Is there anything I can do about it rather than getting the phone checked????

There might be some kind of hardware issue with your phone. I think you should better get it checked. If you want than you can try doing a hard reset, I am not sure if that would make any difference but you can give it a try in such condition. Try it out and let me know if that helps, best of luck.

I have tried doing hard reset couple of times but that’s not making any difference in my case. I would have not mind if vibration was a bit loud but the scratchy sound along with it is just very irritating. I am not sure but I think there is some lose component near the vibrator which makes that scratchy sound when my phone vibrates.

It’s surely a hardware fault. You won’t be able to do anything from your end rather than visiting the near service center and getting it repaired.

Are you quite sure it’s because of hardware fault??? I mean even I am having Sony Xperia T and even I hear its vibrator making strange noise. I haven’t come across any other one having the same phone, so I am not sure if this is because of some kind of issue, I thought it was a normal thing.
