chinese n8 problem slide to unlock

Hello,

I bought a Chinese mobile phone N8 but I have a problem I can not answer incoming calls as I have before they can push the green button to slide the "slide to unlock" but it is not possible .
I have no problem with the touch screen except this one.
I calibrated the touchscreen several times, I handed the device to factory settings using the code 0000 with the menu and directly using the code
*#7370# but it does not work.

What should I do. Please help me.

Seems like it is a hardware sort of a problem with the touch panel rather than a software issue which can be sorted out by hard reset. Either ways, you can try the different codes for china mobile phone that is given in this link or you can try to replace the mobile phone that you have bought if it is under warranty.
