Messages are deleted automatically from my nokia C5

I m using my Nokia c5 mobile from past 6 months. There was no issue with my mobile till yesterday. Yesterday all messages from my C5 got deleted atomically from everywhere (inbox, outbox, send mail, my folders) except temples.

What was the reason ? Is there any way to restore my all messages ?

There are many reasons for your issue. But according to me it is happened due to your external storage devise like memory card. If you connect your handset to your pc without Nokia pc suit then it will cause problem like that. Better to use your nokia c5 with updated version of Nokia pc suit whenever connect to your pc.

Anyways what you can do to fix this issue is , go to messages, go to settings, than go to Other Options, and click on 'memory in use'. If it is Phone Memory now, change it to SD Card or vice versa. All your messages will be back.

1 Download FExplorer (it is a mobile file manager)
2 Install FExplorer and navigate to C device for phone memory or navigate to D for SIM memory
3 Open System folder.
4 Then open the Mail folder.
5 Use FExplorer inbuilt text viewer to view deleted files. Check every file and folder which you want to recover.

the camera quality, backup, music and all........

n one more thing........ did u get back your messages..........
