How to restore Lenovo ThinkPad T510 to factory settings?

well I am having Lenovo ThinkPad T510. I have installed Windows 7 x64 by mistake before creating the restore disc for the factory OS installed on my notebook. But still I was able to view Windows Recovery partition. though I could not access the same. the Recovery and Rescue program installed on my system was not allowing to access the Recovery partition. I am getting error message something ‘The Recovery System has been removed from this system’ any help to resolve the matter will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

After going through the problem of yours I wanted to tell you that you should check Lenovo recovery partition on your notebook. It is having size of 10GB partition which would be located at end of the ahrd drive. also see that you are able to make use of thinkvantage button at the startup of the laptop in order to get into the recovery environment?

Yes I am having 10GB partition on the hard drive of mine and also I am able to get into recovery environment by using thinkvantage button. Now tell me what should I do?

Well you will be able to restore the image to the Factory. Even you can make use of imagex in order to restore cdrive.wim. in case you are not having recovery disc then you will need to order the same from Lenovo by paying some reasonable fee.
