Pre loaded videos and images on LG Spectrum missing

I purchased LG Spectrum from Verizon and I received delivery yesterday. I was exploring the contents of the phone and I found that the high definition videos and images that were advertised are not in my phone. Is it because I purchased my phone after the offer was over or is my phone refurbished. Does anyone else have seen this videos and images missing in their devices?

The free videos and images were limited to the models that were purchased from official LG outlets. They are not available if ordered via some other organization. Even I purchased the phone and I don’t have the widgets and extra apps that were shown. I‘ll have to buy them from their online store to get them. You too can get the high definition videos and images to try the full resolution of the phone.
