Therefore, I am starting this thread here to have some suggestion/information about these phones. I will be thankful to all of you if you can put some vital input over here.

Yes, both the devices are quite good to use. The BlackBerry Curve 9360 Smartphone is the latest in the Curve range of RIM, whos earlier devices is the Curve 8900. There are many significant improvements in the BlackBerry Curve 9360 as compared to the earlier units and so my suggestion to you is to get this one.

The most impressive thing for me in the Curve 9360 is that I is having 5 MP camera which gives best picture clarity. I need not to carry an additional camera whenever I go to any trip. My phone is not enough to do it for me.

Re: BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 vs BlackBerry Curve 9360

The size of the Curve 9360 is virtually identical to that of the 3G Curve 9300, but the new Curve is 11 millimeters a lot thinner. Also, the device is a bit lighter: the 9360 weighs 99 grams. The new Curve looks tighter and therefore slimmer than its predecessor. It is also set according RIM better in the hand, by the shape and a soft edge around the unit. And so, I also think that the Curve 9360 is good to be considered if you have decided to get anyone of these.

I found that the screen of the new Curve has gone ahead in terms of resolution: the resolution of 480 x 360 pixels, the display is much brighter. The so-called 'Liquid Graphics' technology helps. Unlike the Bold 9900 is the Curve series made the switch to touch screens. You control your phone so familiar with the old track pad.

The BlackBerry Curve 9360 runs on the latest version of RIM's own operating system: BlackBerry 7 OS. Main improvement is the faster browser, a page would now 1.6 times as fast to load. Also, because of easier for business BlackBerry Balance of private files to separate them, better protect corporate data. Ever since the BlackBerry was a real business phone, the smartphone has now been fully penetrated the private use of the consumer. The latest addition is NFC (Near-Field Communication).

The capacity of the battery of the Curve 9360 is somewhat disappointing. This is in fact less than that of its predecessor. Add to that the new Curve has more functionality and therefore demands more of its battery and the conclusion is clear: the Curve 9360 you will be charging more than the 3G Curve 9300. In contrast, the processor of the newcomer with a clock speed of 800 MHz is a bit stronger: especially with the opening and use of these applications would benefit you have. The storage capacity is somewhat expanded from 256 MB to 512 MB. Since this is still very much is the placement of a microSD card (up to 32 GB) is always recommended.

The Curve 9360 has an excellent 5 megapixel camera. This is 3 megapixels more than its predecessor and so you are guaranteed to deliver sharper pictures. Moreover, the camera this time with a flash in the dark so you can shoot nice pictures. Video-recording is, of course, also possible.

If we talk about the 3G connectivity then the Curve 9300 is good in 3G connectivity. This is on top demand and everybody needs that to be good in the phone. Therefore it can be considered as one of the most strongest points in the Curve 9300.

    • The Curve 9360 is lighter, thinner and is better in your hand
    • The screen resolution is boosted
    • New Operating System
    • More powerful processor
    • Better camera
