IPAD 3 not receiving proper NOTIFICATIONS from apps

Brought a new IPAD 3 and quickly restored it from IPAD 2 backup. While running a new ipad I have noticed that, I am getting more notifications from apps in ipad 2 than new ipad 3. So I looked in the apple site and there it mentioned that after the restore it is necessary to open each and every app once before notifications begin coming through. Some apps running better. But getting more notification in ipad 2. Anyone else find this issue?

I tried also to pass the notification, leave the application / restart the ipad and then switch back to all this weekend, but there is nothing, still nothing.
