Not able to upload photos to facebook in Sony Ericsson Xperia ray

Recently I have bought Sony Ericsson Xperia ray mobile and I am facing problem with my mobile phone. Now when I try to upload photos on Facebook from my mobile phone gallery at that time Facebook application opens and then it gives error. What should I do to solve this problem?

After reading your problem I would like to tell you that you should first open facebook application instead of uploading it directly from gallery and then you have to check whether you are able to upload photos from there or not?

You should go to the setting in your Sony Ericsson Xperia ray mobile phone and after going in to the setting you have to go to select application. Now after that you have to go to the manage applications. Now after selecting mange application you have to look for Facebook application there and clear data. After doing that you have to check whether it helps you to solve this problem or not? As far as I know after trying this solution your problem will get solved.

Yes I also having similar problem with my Xperia ray and then I have tried to solve this problem by clearing the application cache from manage application and then when try to upload photos from gallery in my mobile phone at that time I didn’t get any problem. I think you should also try this solution.

When I open Facebook application in my mobile phone directly at that time I get same. Now after that I have also tried to solve this problem by clearing application cache in my mobile phone but that does not help me to solve this problem. if anyone have solution regarding this then let me know. Any help will be appreciated.

I would like to tell you that you should open facebook application in your Sony Ericsson Xperia ray mobile phone and then you have to press menu button and then select “about” option. Now after that you have to check whether it is 1.8.3 or not? if it not 1.8.3 then you should update the facebook application and after doing that your problem will get solved.

If after trying this solution also same problem is occurring then let me know.

Yes updating Facebook application will solve this problem. I was also having same problem and then I have also updated facebook application in my mobile phone. After updating facebook application in my phone all the problem get solved. thank you for helping me.
