Lenovo ThinkPad T60 not booting and stops at crcdisk.sys

I am having the Lenovo ThinkPad T60 which is having Windows vista installed lin that. Problem is that it is not booting. I have also tried with the vista installation disk but that also fails to boot. I found that that on the command line it stops at crcdisk.sys.
