Unable to download the map even after paying money.

I have TomTom XXL I.Q and one day I decided to download the map. Then I started the download on internet by paying money. I paid about $85.14 but I could not download properly because downloading finished in some step. I had the done the payment with credit card. After paying money still unable to download maps so can anyone tell me what should I do? Actually I just wanted to money back.
