How to Customize shortcut buttons on Inspiron n5110

I am having a Dell Inspiron n5110 and the problem that I a facing is that the shortcut buttons which are above the keyboard naming Windows Mobility Center, Dell Support website button and the button to turn off the screen are not working properly, I mean that only the Windows Mobility Center is working and others to does not respond, so I just wanted to know if there is a workaround by which I can get all of them working or Customize them as per my will??

I think that you should better configure the WRENCH button to launch Control Panel and use Dell Support Center app as an alternate for Dell Support website button, I have been doing the same and if you want then you can try it out as well, just follow the below solution if you are willing to do so:
    • First just check that you are able to see the .exe extensions of the files and after that go in to C:\Windows\System32\ and just copy the CONTROL.EXE.
    • After that go in to C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center and change the name of the "pcdlauncher.exe" to "pcdlauncher.exe.bak".
    • Now Right click in the explorer window and make sure that you are not clicking on any icon and then paste it there and then change the name of CONTROL.EXE to pcdlauncher.exe. And you are done.

I think that I can help you all out here but then not completely, if you are able to get the first button work then you can get the turning screen off button work as well and for that you just have to install dell quickset driver from dell support / drivers which will be under the software section and after that you can get it working, I am able to get the first and the third to be working but not the second, I have been trying to find out a driver for it but then I have not got any luck yet, anyways till then you can try out the above method.

I have tried to follow the solution for customizing the wrench button as you have mentioned but then I am not able to find out the pcdlauncher, I have been trying to search for the same in my entire system but then I have not found any instance of the same, other than this I have also checked out the dell support centre as well, can you help me in finding it out, any further help for this will be appreciated.

In that case just follow the below links:
    • First Install the Dell Support Center from here

    • After that install the Quickset driver from here.

If you have any further issues then let me know I will try to solve it out. Best of luck.

I have tried following the solution that you have mentioned above but then when after downloading I am trying to install the driver than I am getting a message saying newer version of QuickSet, so I just wanted a quick reply here, will downgrading solve the issue???

I am not very sure if downgrading will solve the issue or not but then I will suggest you to try out the same and if that does not work then you can try out the newer version of QuickSet, currently I am using the same and it is working fine, just check it out and then let me know which possible solution is solving out the issue:
