Sony 650 is not working properly or dying.

I had recently purchased Sony 650. Whenever I want to shut down then it doesn’t shut down but whenever I don’t want shut down then it shut down. And one more problem is my battery drains out in a day even off in “slip mode”. I have already expended lot money. Can anyone tell me solution for that?

I had a same problem with my 650 one months before. Then I started to think about this what would be the problem and then I removed my SD card from SD card slot. Then after I tried to start my device but I could not do that. After that I tried to press button for startup but at that time button was not working. Then instantly I removed my SD card and I did multiple soft reset, multiple hard reset, multiple hard reset. Then finally my Sony 650 came into alive position.

I would suggest you that please if you not able to solve this problem so please contact to Sony customer care for that. I hope they will help you. It may be problem of your reader before that do one try to complete factory reset. After doing this still you are not able to solve there may be chances of software in that. Try t remove your memory card and go for factory reset and reflashing firmware. After doing this so much activity still you getting a problem then I can say there would be hundred percentage chances of hardware.
