Nintendo 3ds asking for password.after reset

I’m having 3ds and I want to format it. He ask me for password to reset .Anyone can help so that I can fix this problem because I forgot password. I’m putting wrong password again-again.

I never did such type of RND in 3ds. Do you mean format System memory? Go to System setting and go to data management you will see the “Reset Blocked User Setting” at the bottom. I think it would help you but I’m not sure.

There may be problem of the parental control settings. To fix it what you need to do is : Select the System Icon from Home menu, and tap open. After that tap Parental control and then tap change after that Input the pin which was put During the Initial Set-up and tap ok. After that tap Clear Setting.
