Software like ccleaner, registry cleaner using windows ready boost with USB device. If you want to fast your laptop you have to delete your all temp file and along with try to leave the C dive on disk clean up. You can use Linux operating system which can run fast even with minimal low quality hardware. Along with you can upgrade your ram, graphic and processor.

I’m agree with above content, along with I would suggest you that clean temp, recent files on your pc. You do one thing uninstall unused software from your pc. Uninstall unwanted toolbar on your web browser. Most important thing updates your antivirus regularly. If you want to play games for that you have to play portable games not installed games.

You can fast your laptop by deleting history from Internet Explorer.
Another way to fast you laptop if you are using window XP, right click on my computer and go to property. Click on advance tab after that click on setting undergo performance and select adjust for best performance and then click ok.
