iPhone 4 gets charged completely after putting on the cable

Hi, whenever I attach a cable to the iPhone 4 it shows that the charge is complete and after removing it decreases, don’t you all think it’s a strange problem. Indeed it is don’t know how would I be able to get that out. Well rest all the features of the phone is working fine but it is only giving me problems with the battery charge display. Hope you will be having some solutions for it as well. so please do suggest me some it would be of great help.

Hello, follow the steps that I am giving you over here and revert me back if that works or not
1) Go and change the ribbon flex.
2) Try changing the battery.
3) Check ways of battery thermistor line.
So these are some of the factors that you should check out definitely.

I have already changed the flex and also the battery as well. these are the 2 solutions that I have already given a try. Well I am left with the last solution, which I will be surely trying out but what about the others can anyone tell me?

Is there any other solution that I should try out which will deliver the result to me. I am hoping to get one soon.

Dude do have a look at the image that I have attached here and do check out that charger and chk should be inserted in the resistor if voltage is present.
