RAM upgrade for Lenovo Y570 Laptop

I am using Lenovo Y570 Laptop which I use for the office use. But would like to upgrade my RAM with 8GB. So can anyone suggest me which RAM should I go for as I have selected going for Kingston or corsair and also want to know will this RAM be compatible with Lenovo Y570 Laptop.

If you are thinking of upgrading the RAM in the Lenovo Y570 Laptop then you should go with the Kingston hyperx 8GB as this RAM performance is just best and wil not have musch issue as we see in the other RAM.
