Packard Bell laptop

My cousin sis is sending me her packard bell laptop.. I want'd to know how is this company n is it available in india cas if i have any problems with it can i get fixed her.. She's sending frm dubai so i want'd to know about this company. Please help

You should avoid getting Packard Bell laptops. To keep the cost low they have incorporated everything on the board. so on the motherboard, it will have sfx card, graphics card and modem. This is not the problem but problem comes when you try to upgrade it and this does not allow you to do the same.
