Which is best GSM mobile phone to use as laptop modem?

I have Dell studio laptop and I am looking for 3G phone which I can use as modem on my laptop. Earlier I was planning to buy 3G USB modem but nowadays mobile phones also become a option for the same. Please let me know which is best GSM mobile phone to use as laptop modem?

I would suggest to buy Nokia C5 mobile phone. as far as I know Nokia phones are very easy to use as modem with laptop and computer. You have to first activate 3G plan and after that you have to download Nokia PC suite and then install Nokia PC suite in your computer.
