cannot play downloaded files in Sansa Clip

I have purchased Sansa Clip Mp3 and I am very delighted to have this beautiful Mp3 player. While downloading songs from the computer I found one issue. After downloading all the songs the 5 songs get listed. One song or the top most song will play properly but after that songs are unable to play. When I play next song the first song which I played only plays. What should I do ?? any help will be appreciated.

My dear friend may I know what downloaded file types you are using??? Also tell me which method are you using to download the songs on the player?? What fiirmware version you are using

Thanks for the reply. I am using 32 Kbps Windows Media Audio Files. My firmware version is 02.02.13A and I am using Windows Media Player method to download the songs on the player.

I think you have my mistake change the settings of your MP3 player. Or it should be by default. You should go to songs list then select settings then you should click on the repeat song. The repeat song has enabled current song repeat you have to change it to off. After that you will see your songs will play in correct order in step by step process. Hope it will help you. Give me your feedback.

You should do the following process to solve your issue:

• Start the Sansa Clip MP3 player
• Go to songs settings
• Click on song mode and change it to MTP mode and disable USB mode. Most of the time the Song mode will be USB mode bt default. by changing it you can easily play the downloaded music files.

Guys it worked for me thanks a lot. I changed the mode to MTP mode and set the settings on the repeat the current song to off. Whola it worked for me. I am really happy and delighted to get this issue solved. I can now easily play the downloaded songs. Really appreciated guys. I am really obliged.
