I don’t think so it is possible to do unless you unroot your android tab, because this can be done only after rooting your android devices and without this it is not possible to do.

Yeh.. it is possible to do this follow the steps below :

    1) First thing you need to do is go to the android market and download from there app called PDAnet Tablet on to your android tablet and android phone.
    2) Now open the app and when you try to connect with the phone it will ask you whether you want to connect to the client or server.
    3) Now try to chose the "Server" for and "Client" for the tablet.
    4) After doing this, set proxy network in to your tablet.
    5) While dong this see that Bluetooth is turned ON.
    6) To set the proxy network type the following :

    Hostname:
    127.0.0.1
    Port:
    1234

    Click on the “Save” tab

    7) Now using the PDAnet Tablet try to find your phone and then select it.
    8) Now try to follow few steps before you close the app

    a) Now using the PDAnet select "clear network proxy" doing this will this will let you go to the android market and also download any content, if you fail to do it will not let you go to android market.

    b) Now after you are done with this you can close the apps.
