Dvd drive TS T633A does not work in Samsung Q320

I am using Samsung Q320 laptop from last few months and it is very nice laptop. It has suddenly started giving me problem. Now whenever I insert any CD or DVD in my laptop at that time DVD drive does not recognize it. Please tell me what I should do to solve this problem.

I have gone though the problem which you are facing with DVD drive in your laptop and I will first suggest you to run lens cleaner disc and after running the lens cleaner disc in your drive you have to check whether it makes any difference or not. I am telling you this because many times running the lens cleaner disc resolve this type of problems. If after trying lens cleaner also if you are experiencing the same problem then I think your DVD drive is defective.

According to me you have to contact Samsung support and then you have tell them about the DVD drive issue which you are facing and after they will give you proper solution. You can also look for the replacement burner. As far as I know there Samsung Q320 has 12.7mm thick burner. You can also look for any other burner having same specification.
