Having slow downloading speed on HTC Sensation 4G with T-mobile

Hi, I have been using the new HTC sensation 4G phone with T-mobile! When I download any content it seems like I am not getting the proper speed as any 4G mobile should have! I have done some speed test to test my mobile with Speed Test! I have rarely got 1000 kbps speed I am now getting downloading speed of 144 kbps! It is really poor as compared to 4G speed!

For your information it’s not your phone but the network of the T-mobile. You will find in some areas you get good speed but in some areas it’s barely 144 kbps! (like you said)I have done several speed tests with my phone also. It all depends on in which area of T-mobile you are and network coverage of T-mobile!

If you don’t get proper speed you can call in the T-mobile and report about it! There are some employees specially kept to solve issues like connection speed! They have rights to perform the speed tests and if found any problem then they can take actions on it to solve data speed issues! According to company if you see downloading speed under 2MBPS then you can file report and tell them in which part of the city you observed the slow speed!
