Exclamation I have problems related to Sony Walkman, please help!

    Hello,
1.I've had this Sony Walkman NWZ S545 for about 2 years and when I bought it, there was 14.7 GB
free space in it. But today I formatted it and found out that there was
only 11GB free! I use MediaGo to transfer music and it tells me that
Storage Capacity is 11 GB but Space Available is 14.7 GB, what does this
mean? How can I fix this?
    2. I want to drag mp3 files into the Walkman just by copying and
pasting. I used to do it, but sometimes (for example NOW ) error pops up
and tells me 'There is not enough free space on the device', in fact,
there is whole 11GB free! Please tell me how to copy and paste mp3 files
into my Walkman. (I have Windows XP)
    3. MediaGo tells me there are some songs left in my Walkman (after I
formatted it) and their total size is 276 MB, but when I open MUSIC
folder, there are NO files, so I can't get rid of them.
If you know the solution for any of these 3 problems, pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaase tell me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE!

DAMN, its very strange problem. Probably this Free Space problem occurs if we have many applications installed in the phone. Some of these application store their files in phone memory and hence it shows low free space. But it shoud be erased after formatting. Hope you did HARD RESET. If not, do a hard reset and still if you find the below problem, simply do a firmware reset. As you said you are using this mobile since 2 years, by updating it will also increase your device performance along with fixing this issue.

First of all, thx for your attention. Yeah, I agree, it's definitely very strange problem. My Walkman is not a phone. It's just a media player.
So I don't have any programs installed in it. What do you mean when you say "HARD RESET" or "firmware reset"? All I know, It has a little button on the back which can be accessed by very thin stick and I did it. I updated its drivers from device manager, but I'm not sure it updated or not. Anyway, the fact is that the problem still exists.
