Unable to connect to internet in Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360

Guys I recently got this phone and I am happy to own it. As it is my first android phone, now I thought of checking the internet in this phone and hence I went and started with the browser. But the browser failed to load and page and is saying no internet connection available. I went and checked the settings as well and it was ‘use pack data’ which I think is the perfect option. All the internet settings in the phone are proper. So is it the problem with the phone or with the carrier? I am using dolphin card in my phone.

Seems to be problem with the carrier. Anyways what I would advise you is that call up the mtnl people and tell them to send the gprs settings on your phone. Take a good gprs pack and then see if everything is running well or not.

Surely it is the problem with the carrier side, may be mtnl server would be down and hence that’s why it is giving you such kind of problem. Anyways you can give a try other day as well if it is working well or not.
