Operational profiles for Sony Ericsson xperia arc s

I am currently using sony ericsson xperia arc s smartphone. I like this mobile phone that running with an android 2.3 OS and I am quite satisfied with this phone. BUT one thing i missing with this smartphone. that is this phone is being not provide such an useful operational profiles. i previously used the Nokia phone that offers a "meeting" "silent" and "general" profiles. its really helpful for to access such inbuilt configured operational profiles on such smartphone. while in xperia arc s i never seem any such kind of operational profile. can anyone describe more things on this issue? thanks in advance for any such help.
