Unable to get keyboard click sound after updating iPad 2 with iOS 5

Well I have updated iPad 2 with iOS 5 and after that I was not able to get sound of keyboard clicks. I let you know that I have successfully installed iOS 5 on my device. Personally I am suspecting that there is bug in iOS 5. But still I wanted to know how many people are having the above mentioned issue? it will be great if you can provide any possible fix to solve the issue.

I am suggesting following steps and tell me whether it is working.

• You have to go for Settings from the Home Page.
• Now go for Sounds and click on Turn on Keyboards click.

Well I have already done with the above mentioned steps and it did not worked for me at all. Anyway, no one else is having the same problem? Please reply with the proper solution.

I was also having the same problem which you have stated over here. but I managed to fix the matter in following manner.
I have simply changed the lock switch to rotation lock and after that I have used default mode to mute key clicks. The iPad has remembered key click mute setting once I have changed the function of lock switch. There was no way to unmute key clicks.
Simply went for settings and made changes in to function of lock to mute and switch backed to unmute position.
I hope above mentioned trick will help you out to someone.

You have mentioned that you started to face the issue after installing iOS 5. So the bug issue couyld be the root cause of yours problem. Contact the developer team of apple and file a bug report to them. till they fixes the bug issue they will release the patch you should use roll back to previous version of iOS.
