Release date of Android 5.0(Rumors)

I read few lines about android 5.0 in one articles and realized that this android 5.0 will might be come very soon. Its really amazing for mobile user who want to get some attractive android OS on there phone. i never catch any brief introduction about android 5.0 or its release date. Is anyone knows it?? If yes, please share it. Thanks.

Yes, i also heared that this android 5 comes very soon and it also known as Jelly Bean. I currently work on Android 4.0 OS and i heared that this android 5 is in developing situations. I want few things that must be added to this android 5. Few of them are as follows:

Full Chrome Browser
File Manager
Clear Upgrade Path
Android 5.0 Lite
User Interface on/off Toggles
Power Efficiency
Theme options
Widgets on the Lock Screen
Faster OS.

I don't think that this android 5 is being release within this month. I think it takes long time for released. Many of the user knows that the android 4.0 is being recently launched. hence, i don't think that this android 5 release has been very soon. Its just a rumors. We need to wait some time for getting this android 5.
