How to disable internet connection on Nokia E5

Hello friends, I am using the Nokia E5 phone and i have activated the data plan on my number. But i wanted to use the Wi-Fi for the internet not the data plan, so how to disable the connection which i am getting from the service provider. So does anyone has the method to stop it. Please tell me. Thank you.

I would say that you delete the access point which is been provide the service provider and turn on the wi-fi of the phone, you might not the internet from the provider but will get it from the wi-fi.

You can go to the nokia official website and check for the User Guide for the Nokia E5-00 and download it on the system, i am sure that you will be able to get the method to disable the connection of the service provider and use the wi-fi connection, you better go through it.

i have tried to find the access point on the phone but i was not able to locate and delete the service provider, so is there another method by which i use the wi-fi for internet.

The only method is that you have to delete the access point of the service provider, then just follow the steps and you will get it.

• Go to the Menu
• Then select the Settings
• In the Settings select the Connection,
• After that you select the destination
• In the destination you will be able to find the access point,
• So now you can delete the access point of the mobile service provider.

I am having the problem with the wi-fi connection, it is that i am not able to connect the internet properly, whenever i try to connect the internet through the wi-fi then shows me unable to connect message, i am having a secure wi-fi connection at my place and also it is password protected. I tried it after inserting the password then also it giving me the same problem, so what should i do about it. Please help me.
