    Cheapest Android Tablet option

I am planning to buy an Android Tablet. I already own a Samsung iphone. My dad will never allow me to use such an expensive iphone to carry out of the home. So, I thought of buying a cheapest Tablet from android family. My budget is $350 bucks and will be happy to get OS Android 2.2 on it.
Can anyone tell me what should I choose?

I am having Samsung galaxy tab but it does not support 3G in them. So if you are not looking for a 3G based model in tab then Samsung galaxy will be the good choice. I am now looking for the View Pad 7. It has 3G in them.
