My touchpad is working but it went let me drag around the screens when i want to play my games on here, any suggestions on how to get it back to normal? I have tried wiping it with a damp cloth and drying it but to no avail.

What operating system have you installed in your laptop/pc? What are the specifications of this computer or make or model of the laptop? Incase if you are using ubuntu operating system then it is designed to use multi finger gestures on touchpads. You can turn this function off from the mouse menu.
