cannot upgrade gingerbread on LG Revolution

: Hi, I have a LG revolution vs910 phone ,it is an android based phone , I am using it from last six months , but when I have tried to update my phone to gingerbread after the phone is restarted it says update failed, than I have tried factory restore on the phone and try to update it again ,again it says update failed, how can I solve this issue , reply me.

I think You just perform a hard reset on your phone , once you done with the hard reset then you try to update gingerbread , I think it will worked for you, if still you unable to upgrade gingerbread on your phone ,than first reboot your phone and then try with OTA update on your phone , surely you will get out of this issue.

First you make sure that which version of gingerbread you are updating, whether it is compatible with your phone or not , or you can go with one easy solution, which is to contact LG service center , they will give you a meaningful solution for this issue.
