Can I unlock iphone 4 with iOS 5.0.1

I have iPhone 4 that i buy in last week. Now i want to unlock this iPhone 4. Before suggesting you any procedure i must tell you that two days before i update iPHone to iOS 5.0.1. I never want to jailbreak this iPhone 4. Need help to unlock my iphone 4?? Thanks for any such help.
