unable use Facebook chat on Blackberry curve 9300

I have blackberry curve 9300 , I have been using facebook chat on my phone but suddenly I am having problem in using chat. What can be the cause of it?

if you are using general or free messenger for your blackberry then let me tell you not all the phones are compatible or support such applications, though they are successfully installed on your mobile.
Use only blackberry applications and messengers for such use. Not only they are original but they are also secure.
You can download applications for your mobile from their website.

Try uninstalling older one and download new messenger for your mobile. You can just sign-out of your messenger, delete your cookies. Now again try signing in with your email id.
If you are using messengers like Nimbuzz or mig33 then first go to facebook from pc, go into Account Settings --> Mark “Account Security set be informed of new devices accessing FB” to 'No'. IM apps like Nimbuzz will then be able to access FB. Log into your Facebook page on your pc and enable your Facebook chat then close the page. Then log in Nimbuzz go to accounts then select Facebook then edit account and re enter your Facebook password.

it may be security function of the facebook that is preventing you from logging in. don’t worry your account is not hacked, whenever you have such problems go to the facebook from your desktop. If facebook really thinks there is any problems with your account it will immediately prompt you for security question and for password. If your valid user enter the fields and activate your account again. Give us your feedback!
