Hi, i am using this Xpress music 5800 phone from quite longer time but i haven't ever used the internet connection on the same but still the thing is like i am pretty much unsure as what could be the maximum speed at 2G? is there anybody having the same phone, please let me know what speed i could get maximum? And along with that is there any possibility as i could get some more speed basically concerning the network operator? Any suggestion will be appreciated

hey , I have the same phone. I am getting speed of 460kbps. It is not enough speed for me to surf on and getting problems to load flash content.

AirTel has good network so I use it, it is also providing good surfing speed ! I only use it for checking mails or little surfing though. You can ask to operator in respected company! May be they can give you proper information.

with vodaphone internet I am getting surfing speed of 460kbps and downloading speed upto 15kbps to 29kbps. You can manage your speed by using proper downloading clients . Use “IDM” or “download accelerator” for better speed. With these clients you can also manage all your downloads in list format. You can even block unwanted advertise causing downfall in speed.

Guys there are some tips to increase your speed. Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to Control Panel and find a option called as Network Connections Then
- There you’ll see a connection icon , click on your mobile connection Icon and go to properties.
- In Properties click on General tab and click on configure button .
- Now Select the box of Maximum speed (bps) –Bits Per second . There are various speed limits listed in the box.
- Here you can change your current speed to 921600.
- After making those changes disconnect the internet and Restart the mobile internet . You’ll see change in speed
