Hello friends, i am having the Logitech Harmony One and i am using the remote with the System. I am using the system from past one year and i have upgraded the system to the Windows 7, earlier i was having the Windows XP. So when i was using the remote with the system, then it was not working with the system and i was not able to use it. So please tell me that what should i do and also what is the problem that the remote is not working with the system. So please tell me. Thank you.

I would suggest that you better install the drivers of the remote and also you will be able to detect the remote on the system and also you will be able to use the remote on the system and also you will be able to use as you wanted.

If you are having the lower software of the remote then you better use it and also you will be able detect the remote, if the remote is still not detecting then the remote is not compatible with the system and also it will be compatible on the particular system and also you will be able to use the remote with the system.

I think that the system is not supported for the remote and also you will not get anything, so you better do not try it and i would suggest better some other remote on it.
