BB software hangs on 'initializing device' with Blackberry Bold 9000

I have purchased Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone and I am facing problem while connecting my mobile phone with computer. Now whenever I connect my mobile phone with the computer at that time blackberry software shows the ‘initializing device' but after that it does not do anything. Please tell me what I should do to solve this problem.

You should first connect your Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone with different USB port and after connecting the Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone with different SUB port you have to check whether same problem is coming or not. as far as I know after connecting the Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone if you face the same problem after connecting the Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone with other USB port also then I think problem is with then it might be problem with the device or blackberry software in your computer.

You should also connect Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone with different computer after installing the blackberry software in that computer and after that you have to check whether same problem coming or not. if you get the same problem then problem is with the Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile phone otherwise something else is causing this problem.

According to me you should reinstall the blackberry software in your computer and after reinstalling the blackberry software in your computer your problem will get solved. I was also having the same problem and then I have also tried the same solution and then my problem get solved.
