I have Acer 5920g and recently I brought 9500m GS to replace my broken 8600mGT. I don’t know how to do blind flash on 5920g. I searched for this on internet but I was not able to find the solution. Anyone who can help me

- Remove the MXM card from the machine.
- Download WinCris 1.0.0.4.
- Download the patched BIOS, rename it to BIOS.WPH, and put it in the directory of WinCris.
- Make use of WinCris to make an USB crisis recovery disk.
- Shut down the machine, remove the battery and unplug the AC.
- Plug in the crisis USB disk.
- Press and hold Fn+Esc. Plug in the AC adapter.
- Still holding Fn+Esc, press the Power button.
- Release Fn+Esc.
However after the last step the laptop doesn't shut down and it has been more than 25 minutes. The power button keeps blinking and the screen is black.
Not convinced if it is pertinent, after using winCris, 3 files appeared on the drive. Also the usb drive I utilize is of 8GB Fat32
Do you have a USB floppy drive? If so, attempt using a floppy as a substitute of a flash drive. attempt moving the VBIOS chip from the 8600M GT to the 9500.Now, install BIOS, and flash to the card back to 9500M GS for packed pace operation.
I am not having usb floppy I will buy one. Although just to be convinced , the usb floppy has better rate of success than usb drive.if i am not wrong.
Format Drive using bootable using USB format tool. Copy Phlash16.exe .Just add following line in a text file
Code:phlash16 /p /x bios.wph
