Having difficulties with Nokia 500

Hello friends, I am having the Nokia 500 and I have purchased the phone past a week ago, but I am getting the problem with the phone, the screen of the phone screen becomes black and also the phone restart automatically, does anyone also getting the same problem which I am getting on the phone, so please tell me about it and is there any solution to solve it.
