Auto Navigation is not working in Nokia 500

In my Nokia 500 mobile phone I am experiencing problem with the auto navigation. When I start the auto navigation in my Nokia 500 mobile phone after starting that it does nothing. Please tell me what I should do to solve this problem. is this problem is with the Nokia 500 mobile phone or problem is with the settings.

First you have to check all the setting related the GPS in your Nokia 500 mobile phone because many times by changing the settings also this type of problem can take place. if settings are ok and then also if you are facing problem with your Nokia 500 mobile phone then I will suggest you to try to fix this problem by resetting the Nokia 500 mobile phone. First you have to take the backup of all the data from your Nokia 500 mobile phone by connecting it with your computer or laptop and after doing that you have to do restore factory setting and after doing the restore factory setting in your device your problem will get solved.

I have first take the backup of all the data from my Nokia 500 mobile phone and after taking the backup of all the data I have reset the Nokia 500 mobile phone and after resetting the Nokia 500 mobile phone all the things started working properly. Thank you for helping me.
