Recovery options for Toshiba Satellite T115-S1100 Laptop

I am not aware whether you guys have encountered or heard about this problem or not but When I switch on my Toshiba Satellite T115-S1100 Laptop the laptop displays splash screen. I have attempted Setup Utility by pressing F2 and got the following booting options. The choices were:
    • FDD:

Later I failed to utilize F8 button in my Toshiba Laptop to enable Windows safe mode.It stays off for a few instants, capacities itself once more on, then the cursor hangs, flashing in the upper alternate hand corner of a Black screen.

With respect to sentiment on the guidelines, the tips page on recuperating records utilizing Puppy Linux was perhaps a smidge distinctive (I'm speculating due to a limited extent offbeat versions/releases of Puppy Linux) than what I saw on my screen but still simple enough to accompany. Toshiba Support tells me my model of netbook doesn't have recuperation media on USB stay so I've no decision but to request the CDs.
