Unable to get e-mail from separate messages folder on Blackberry OS 7

i installed Blackberry OS 7 on my Blackberry 9860 smartphone and now it gives problem on my phone. when i try to do accessing the email onto it, then it gives problem. the problem is that when i try to get email from separate folder, i doesn't able to do this task. phone OS merges email with my messages folder. what should i do that works to fix this complex issue? thanks in advance for any help.

the process is simple to fix this complex task. for doing this process, you need to simply go to Home->menu key->show all. this will be show you all the email on separate folder. hence try this option and check its result on your mobile phone.
