Graphic Adapter Stopped working in Dell C810

I joined this forum to pinpoint what is going on with my old reliable laptop. It recently started acting up by freezing and then showing vertical lines. Alot of times now on startup, the screen will be black but running as usual and then maybe on the 4th try it will start as usual. A day before, I received an error that says the graphics adapter(GPU) stopped working, but it hasn't popped up since. My Pc Specsell C810, 512MB RAM, PIII Mobile 1.1Ghz, Win XP SP3
Right now I am leaning towards the GPU.
Windows gave me this recovered from a serious error code.

The laptop looks a bit old model and if you are getting the error that the graphic memory in the laptop is affected. First you can use Cpuz to find the exact model of your motherboard. Second you should update the gpu drivers. I had provided below the list of dell products that you can see. Choose your laptop model and update the video drivers.
