Can I get the replacement for the cracked screen for dell streak 7?

I am using the dell streak tablet for my daily use. And I would say that the features of the tab are really good but few days back accidentally I got my gorilla glass screen cracked and I want to know is it possible to get replacement of the screen for the dell streak.

It might be possible that you would get the replacement for the screen , but many of times they say that it is the physical damage and do not replace the screen.

If you have broken up your dell streak screen then I would tell you that it is not possible to replace the screen of yours. As the screen is counted in the physical damage and no company gives you the warranty for the physical damage. Even your tab is under warranty you cannot claim for the replacement of the screen. So only solution for this is that you should try replacing the screen by paying some of the charges for the screen. So for this you should try contacting the dell support care and try discussing with your problem to them.

I had same issue with my streak , my screen had broken up and when I tried to talk to the dell care and told me that they would replace the screen but for this some charges may apply.

If you are having problem with the dell streak as you have the cracked screen then I would suggest you that you should try contacting the dell support care as they are the proper guys who would suggest you the better option to go for. And according to me the charges of the screen may also be heavy as on of my friend had damage the screen just after buying within few months so you must check it out what are the charges applied for the new screen.

Why, what happened, is your Dell Streak 7's screen damaged? If yes, then check if it is under warranty and send it to the Dell technician for a repair free of cost or either for a replacement. If it is physically damaged, then take it to a repair shop and change its screen at some low cost rather than paying high cost to Dell.

No I actually need a broken Dell Streak 7 because my daughters is ruined but I have a good screen to put in it. Was wonderiing if you would have sold your cracked one.

Well, you can check ebay if they are selling any broken Dell Streak 7 or you can even sell your broken tablet on many different sites that are offering such services. Just google out for same and you will get many results.
