    Motorola Triumph's Time without a signal is reporting 86%

    My Motorola Triumph's Time without a signal is as of now reporting 86% and has been as high as 98%. In light of what I've read, this is excessively high and is consuming my battery. I've attempted the xtr50fix application but it hasn't settled the issue. Is any individual else having the same issue? Any individual found a fix?

    I included the below to the build.prop file, and it seemed to be worked for me:

    Code:
    # begin build properties
    # autogenerated by buildinfo.sh
    ro.build.id=FROYO
    ro.build.display.id=FROYO
    ro.build.version.incremental=1010_2_039
    ro.build.version.sdk=8
    ro.build.version.codename=REL
    ro.build.version.release=2.2.2
    ro.build.date=Tue Jun 7 16:28:48 EDT 2011
    ro.build.date.utc=1307478528
    ro.build.type=user
    ro.build.user=user
    ro.build.host=builder
    ro.build.tags=release-keys
    ro.product.model=MOTWX435KT
    ro.product.brand=Motorola

    I'm a bit of a new when the question arises related to the signals and whatnot. What does the EvDo just mean? Does that breaking point your connection in any method?

    I'm not 100% beyond any doubt, but I think it is supposed to avoid the phone from dropping to 1x. In the event that along these lines, it didn't work for me my phone will still drop to 1x sporadically following uniting that line. Don’t think it could stop you from making and getting calls. It sounds enjoy it unequivocally changes for the data union. I accept an additional blurb above me is right in maxim it just does 3G, won't drop to the slower data connection.

    I likewise did the EvDo line to my build.prop file, as inferred above with setting the phone on my desk for a spot today, I am now down to 20% TWS, I evidently could not venture to touch the phone or my signal goes to complete, so it looks similar to the above mods have been absolutely supportive to me in bringing down it, be that as it may I am unsure provided that it being in my pocket while out/about and taking care of work will utilizing my battery, time will tell but if you’re having the same issues, attempt what was prescribed by the majority of people above, it has worked particularly well for me.

    Time without a signal drains battery strongly. I found that if in a wifi zone to set my wifi to never slumber. Wifi radio utilizes far less squeeze than 3g radio in particular assuming that it is scanning for a preferred signal. I did this and it encourages greatly to recovery battery life.

    I established my phone but have no clue how to get into the filees to alter them. The prl swap guide is for that and not uniting this evdo just line that I could probably see. I think it possibly my error. It's demanding to concur one get to the build.prop file. I know how to alter filees, connect the line but cannot get to it in the 1st put. I could jump at the chance to put that line in the construct prop record 1st to see assuming that it makes, then do the prl when.
