Does Samsung Galaxy Note able to use with the AT&T Service

Anyone here from us can confirm me is it Samsung Galaxy Note able to use with the AT&T Service I know it should be working technically but I want to be more certain if HSPA+, MMS, etc works as I am planning to buy one of me and I want to be sure that everything works properly in regards with AT&T service
